Ingredients

- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Dried Thyme
- 1 tsp Dried Sage
- 1 tsp Fennel Seeds
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, maple syrup, dried thyme, dried sage, fennel seeds, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Shape the mixture into patties, approximately 1.5 to 2 tablespoons each.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat.
- Add patties to the skillet in batches, cooking for about 5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Serve immediately or allow to cool before storing.
