Homemade Kind Nut Bars Packed with Flavor and Essential Crunch
Ingredients

- 150 g mixed nuts (a combo of almonds, cashews, and peanuts)
- 70 g mixed seeds (like pumpkin and sunflower)
- 4 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp almond butter
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 40 g dark chocolate (melted and drizzled on top)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) or 160°C for a fan oven. Spread the mixed nuts evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly toasted.
- Combine the honey and almond butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until melted and blended smoothly.
- Mix the toasted nuts, seeds, and a pinch of sea salt in a large bowl. Pour the warm honey and almond butter mixture over the blend, and stir until coated.
- Line a 10×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper. Transfer the mixture into the dish and press down firmly.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle it over the set nut bars, then refrigerate for another 10 minutes.
- Cut the mixture into bars and store them in an airtight container in the fridge.
