  • 1 packet homemade ranch seasoning or ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup pepperoncinis
  • 2 tablespoons pepperoncini juice
  • 2 tablespoons green onions
  • 1 medium shallot or chopped onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir together the Greek yogurt, ranch seasoning, chopped pepperoncinis, juice, green onions, shallot, garlic powder, onion powder, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well blended and creamy.
  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid. Refrigerate the dip for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld beautifully.
  3. Top your dip with additional diced pepperoncinis and green onions just before serving.
  4. Serve with your favorite dippers such as chips, pretzels, fresh vegetables, or crackers.
