- 4 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions
- Press the hash browns firmly between thick layers of paper towels until all the excess moisture is removed.

- Bake the crust at 450°F for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix beaten eggs, half & half, diced ham, green onions, and cheddar cheese in a large bowl.
- Pour the egg mixture into the prepared hash brown crust.
- Bake the quiche at 350°F for 30 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
