Description
Savor Garlic Butter Steak with Parmesan Cream Sauce tonight. Indulge in a luxurious dish elevating dinner with captivating flavors.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pieces Ribeye Steaks (Substitute with sirloin or filet mignon if desired.)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Butter (Unsalted is ideal for better control over saltiness.)
- 4 cloves Garlic (Minced.)
- 1 cup Heavy Cream (Can replace with half and half for a lighter option.)
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (Use freshly grated for the best results.)
- 2 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley (For garnish.)
Instructions
- Trim excess fat from the ribeye steaks and pat them dry. Season with salt and pepper, then let rest for 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Melt butter and sear steaks for 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip. Add remaining butter and garlic, cooking for another 4-5 minutes for medium-rare.
- Remove the steaks and let them rest on a cutting board for 5 minutes.
- Lower heat and add heavy cream to the skillet, scraping up browned bits. Stir in Parmesan cheese until thickened, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Slice the steak against the grain, drizzle with sauce, and garnish with parsley.
