- 1 tablespoon garlic paste

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced beef with garlic paste, grated ginger, soy sauce, curry powder, and freshly cracked black pepper. Allow it to marinate for 5-45 minutes to infuse the meat with those bold flavors.
- Take the marinated beef and thread it onto skewers, scrunching the meat together as you go.
- Preheat the broiler and position the rack about 4-6 inches from the heat source. Broil the skewers for roughly 6 minutes, turning them halfway through.
- Once cooked, let the skewers rest for a couple of minutes. Drizzle with fresh lime juice and fish sauce, brushing with any pan juices, and serve.
