Description

Easy Croissant Breakfast Sandwiches for busy mornings, featuring flaky croissants filled with scrambled eggs, honey ham, melted cheese, and a sweet-tangy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Croissants
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 810 slices Honey Ham
  • 4 slices American Cheese
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Scramble the eggs until just set and creamy, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Slice each croissant in half horizontally.
  4. Melt the butter and brown sugar together in a small bowl over low heat, stirring until combined.
  5. Brush the sauce generously on the inside of each croissant half.
  6. Layer 4-5 slices of honey ham on the bottom halves, followed by a slice of cheese.
  7. Spoon in a quarter of the scrambled eggs atop the layers.
  8. Top each sandwich with the croissant halves.
  9. Wrap tightly in aluminum foil.
  10. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the sandwiches are heated through.
