Easy Croissant Breakfast Sandwiches for busy mornings, featuring flaky croissants filled with scrambled eggs, honey ham, melted cheese, and a sweet-tangy sauce.
Ingredients
- 4 pieces Croissants
- 6 large Eggs
- 8–10 slices Honey Ham
- 4 slices American Cheese
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Mustard
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Scramble the eggs until just set and creamy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Slice each croissant in half horizontally.
- Melt the butter and brown sugar together in a small bowl over low heat, stirring until combined.
- Brush the sauce generously on the inside of each croissant half.
- Layer 4-5 slices of honey ham on the bottom halves, followed by a slice of cheese.
- Spoon in a quarter of the scrambled eggs atop the layers.
- Top each sandwich with the croissant halves.
- Wrap tightly in aluminum foil.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the sandwiches are heated through.
Notes
- Serve with a sprinkle of fresh herbs or a drizzle of hot sauce for extra flavor.
- These sandwiches freeze beautifully for meal prep.
