Description

Golden fried zucchini patties with Parmesan, garlic, and breadcrumbs. Crispy outside, tender inside.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Grate zucchini and squeeze out all excess moisture using a towel.
  2. In a bowl, mix zucchini with egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, green onions, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form mixture into small round patties using your hands or a spoon.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Remove patties and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with dipping sauce.
