Crispy Vegan Fish Sticks That Will Wow Your Taste Buds
Ingredients

- 2 blocks Extra-firm tofu (14–16 ounces each)
- 0.5 cups All-purpose flour
- 1.5 cups Breadcrumbs
- 1–2 packages Seaweed snack sheets
- 0.5 teaspoons Salt
- 0.25 cups Low sodium soy sauce
- 0.25 cups Fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 cups Unsweetened non-dairy milk
Instructions
- Press the Tofu by wrapping it in paper towels with a plate and heavy books on top for 30 minutes to an hour.
- Preheat the Oven to 400°F and lightly grease a baking pan.
- Slice the pressed tofu into sticks, then coat each stick in flour.
- Whisk together the soy sauce, lemon juice, and non-dairy milk in a bowl until smooth.
- Blend breadcrumbs, seaweed, and salt in a food processor until finely mixed.
- Coat each tofu stick in the wet mixture and then roll in the breadcrumb mix.
- Arrange coated sticks on the pan and bake for 40 minutes, flipping halfway.
- For frying, heat oil in a pan and fry sticks for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Notes
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
