- 1 cup Cooked white beans
- 1 cup Milk of choice
- 1/4 cup Nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon White or apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Buttery spread
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 teaspoon Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
Instructions
- Drain and rinse the white beans thoroughly under cool water.
- In a blender, combine the drained beans, milk, nutritional yeast, salt, and garlic powder. Blend until smooth.
- Pour blended mixture into a medium-sized pot and add vegan shredded cheese if using.
- Place pot over low heat and stir occasionally, heating until warm and cheese is melted.
- If serving with pasta, stir in cooked pasta until coated in the sauce.
