  • 240ml coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Select ripe mangoes for maximum sweetness. Peel and dice the mangoes into small pieces. Peel and slice the banana.
  2. In a blender, add the mango pieces, banana slices, Greek yogurt, and coconut milk.
  3. If desired, add honey for extra sweetness. Add a handful of ice cubes for a chilled consistency.
  4. Process on high speed until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy, approximately 1-2 minutes.
