Instructions
- Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on your puff pastry package.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares or circles, about 3-4 inches wide.
- Place the pastry on a lined baking sheet. Pile on sliced fresh tomatoes, sprinkle with herbs, and add cheese if desired.
