Description

A rich and creamy coffee cocktail inspired by Tiramisu flavors.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 oz vodka, plain or vanilla
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur, such as Kahlúa or Tia Maria
  • 1 oz fresh espresso or cold brew concentrate
  • 1 oz Irish cream liqueur, such as Baileys
  • 0.5 oz chocolate liqueur, such as crème de cacao
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup, adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp mascarpone cheese
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream or vanilla ice cream
  • Cocoa powder
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Coffee beans
  • Ladyfinger
  • Nutmeg
  • Cinnamon
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso, Irish cream liqueur, chocolate liqueur, and simple syrup.
  2. Add mascarpone and heavy cream (or vanilla ice cream) to the shaker. Shake well until blended and chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass using a fine mesh strainer.
  4. Garnish with cocoa powder, nutmeg, a coffee bean, or a ladyfinger as desired.
  5. Drizzle chocolate syrup in the glass before pouring for a chocolate version.
  6. Blend all ingredients with ice for a frozen version.
