A rich and creamy coffee cocktail inspired by Tiramisu flavors.
Ingredients

- 1.5 oz vodka, plain or vanilla
- 1 oz coffee liqueur, such as Kahlúa or Tia Maria
- 1 oz fresh espresso or cold brew concentrate
- 1 oz Irish cream liqueur, such as Baileys
- 0.5 oz chocolate liqueur, such as crème de cacao
- 0.5 oz simple syrup, adjust to taste
- 1 tbsp mascarpone cheese
- 1 tbsp heavy cream or vanilla ice cream
- Cocoa powder
- Chocolate syrup
- Coffee beans
- Ladyfinger
- Nutmeg
- Cinnamon
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso, Irish cream liqueur, chocolate liqueur, and simple syrup.
- Add mascarpone and heavy cream (or vanilla ice cream) to the shaker. Shake well until blended and chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass using a fine mesh strainer.
- Garnish with cocoa powder, nutmeg, a coffee bean, or a ladyfinger as desired.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup in the glass before pouring for a chocolate version.
- Blend all ingredients with ice for a frozen version.
