- 2 Kaffir Lime Leaves
- Thai Basil Leaves
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pot over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Stir in red curry paste and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken stock, stirring to dissolve the curry paste, and bring to a simmer.
- Add coconut milk, fish sauce, sugar, and kaffir lime leaves. Stir to combine.

- Turn off the heat and stir in Thai basil leaves.
