Instructions
- Heat the Oil: Begin by heating a wok or large skillet over medium heat. Add a generous splash of oil, swirling it around to coat the surface evenly.
- Sauté the Aromatics: Once the oil is hot, introduce the red curry paste, kaffir lime leaves, minced garlic, and sliced chilies. Cook for about 20 seconds until fragrant.
