Ingredients
- 2 ribeye steaks (about 1 inch thick)
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Season the ribeye steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides. Let them sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Adjust cooking time for your preferred doneness.
- Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest on a plate, covered loosely with foil.
- In the same skillet, add 2 tablespoons of butter. When melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and sauté until they turn pink and are fully cooked, about 3-4 minutes.

- Return the steaks to the skillet, spooning the creamy garlic sauce over them.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
