- 1/2 cup Sugar (consider using brown sugar)

- 2 packages Cream Cheese (full-fat yields the best results)
- 1 cup Sour Cream (or Greek yogurt for lighter option)
- 1 cup Heavy Cream (or coconut cream for dairy-free)
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract (use high-quality for best impact)
- 1 cup Edible Cookie Dough (made with heat-treated flour for safety)
- 8 ounces White Chocolate (or dark chocolate for a richer topping)
- 1 cup Heavy Cream (for Ganache) (heat until warm when mixing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
- Spread the flour on a baking sheet and bake it at 300°F for 5-7 minutes. Let it cool completely.
- In a bowl, whisk the flour with salt and baking powder. Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the egg and vanilla, then press the dough into the prepared springform pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- In another bowl, beat the butter and sugar together, then add vanilla and milk. Mix in the heat-treated flour.
- Roll the mixture into marble-sized balls and freeze them.
- Lower your oven temperature to 325°F. Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then blend in sour cream, heavy cream, and vanilla.
- Add eggs one at a time, folding in the frozen cookie dough pieces.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the baked crust and bake in a water bath for 75-85 minutes.
- After baking, turn off the oven, crack the door, and let the cheesecake cool for 30 minutes. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
- Heat the heavy cream for the ganache and pour it over the white chocolate. Stir until smooth and pour it over the chilled cheesecake.
