Description

Delicious Sugar Cookie Cheesecake That’ll Wow Your Guests

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pack Sugar Cookie Dough (store-bought options can save time!)
  • 1 cup Flour (heat-treated for safety)
  • 1/2 cup Butter (can substitute margarine)
  • 1/2 cup Sugar (consider using brown sugar)
  • 1 large Egg (or flax egg for vegan option)
  • 2 packages Cream Cheese (full-fat yields the best results)
  • 1 cup Sour Cream (or Greek yogurt for lighter option)
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream (or coconut cream for dairy-free)
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract (use high-quality for best impact)
  • 1 cup Edible Cookie Dough (made with heat-treated flour for safety)
  • 8 ounces White Chocolate (or dark chocolate for a richer topping)
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream (for Ganache) (heat until warm when mixing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the flour on a baking sheet and bake it at 300°F for 5-7 minutes. Let it cool completely.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the flour with salt and baking powder. Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  4. Mix in the egg and vanilla, then press the dough into the prepared springform pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. In another bowl, beat the butter and sugar together, then add vanilla and milk. Mix in the heat-treated flour.
  6. Roll the mixture into marble-sized balls and freeze them.
  7. Lower your oven temperature to 325°F. Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then blend in sour cream, heavy cream, and vanilla.
  8. Add eggs one at a time, folding in the frozen cookie dough pieces.
  9. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the baked crust and bake in a water bath for 75-85 minutes.
  10. After baking, turn off the oven, crack the door, and let the cheesecake cool for 30 minutes. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
  11. Heat the heavy cream for the ganache and pour it over the white chocolate. Stir until smooth and pour it over the chilled cheesecake.
