Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken thighs
- 2 stalks lemongrass, minced
- 3–4 red chilies, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine minced lemongrass, chilies, garlic, fish sauce, and oil.
- Marinate the chicken in the prepared mixture for at least an hour.
- Grill or bake the chicken at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest before slicing and serving on a bed of rice.
