Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup cashews
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chili paste
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add diced chicken to the pan and cook until browned.
- Stir in cashews, soy sauce, and chili paste, cooking for another 5 minutes.
- Serve immediately with rice or noodles.
