Description
Delicious Spicy Beef Dumpling Rolls with a crispy exterior and savory filling that will ignite your taste buds.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb Ground Beef (Can substitute with ground turkey or pork.)
- 3 cloves Garlic (Minced.)
- 1 tbsp Ginger (Grated.)
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Chili Paste (Adjust according to heat preference.)
- 2 tbsp Scallions (Chopped.)
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch (Or flour for binding.)
- 20 pieces Dumpling Wrappers (Square or round.)
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil (For frying.)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, chili paste, sesame oil, chopped scallions, salt, pepper, and a bit of cornstarch/flour until well-mixed.
- Place a small spoonful of the filling on each dumpling wrapper. Wet the edges with water, then fold and seal tightly to prevent any filling from escaping during cooking.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Carefully add dumplings and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Transfer the freshly fried dumplings to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil. Optionally garnish with scallions or chili flakes.
- Enjoy these delicious dumpling rolls hot, paired with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
- Adjust chili paste according to your heat preference.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
