Description
Smash Kebab Tacos offer a quick and flavorful Mediterranean-inspired meal, combining spiced ground meat with fresh toppings and a creamy tahini sauce, all served in warm tortillas.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 2 cloves Garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Chili Flakes
- 1/4 cup Flat-leaf Parsley, chopped
- 10 mini Flour Tortillas
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Tahini
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 clove Garlic, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Water
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, crushed garlic, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, smoked paprika, salt, chili flakes, and parsley. Mix until well blended.
- Spread a heaped spoonful of the mixture onto each mini flour tortilla and press it into a thin layer.
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Place the tacos meat side down and cook for about 4 minutes until browned, then flip and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
- In a small bowl, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and water until smooth.
- Top each taco with tahini sauce, shredded lettuce, diced cucumber, crumbled feta, and pomegranate seeds. Serve immediately.
