  • 2 cloves Garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin

  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chili Flakes
  • 1/4 cup Flat-leaf Parsley, chopped
  • 10 mini Flour Tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Tahini
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 clove Garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, crushed garlic, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, smoked paprika, salt, chili flakes, and parsley. Mix until well blended.
  2. Spread a heaped spoonful of the mixture onto each mini flour tortilla and press it into a thin layer.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan. Place the tacos meat side down and cook for about 4 minutes until browned, then flip and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and water until smooth.
  5. Top each taco with tahini sauce, shredded lettuce, diced cucumber, crumbled feta, and pomegranate seeds. Serve immediately.
