Instructions
- Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker with cooking spray or olive oil.

- Lay the seasoned chicken breasts on top of the onions and garlic.
- Sprinkle the rice evenly over the chicken.
- Carefully pour the chicken broth over the ingredients, ensuring the rice is submerged.
- Squeeze the lemon juice and add the lemon zest into the slow cooker.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the top for added richness.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
