Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season the boneless chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- In a large bowl, combine uncooked rice with chicken broth and cream of mushroom soup. Stir until well mixed.
- Fold in your chosen vegetables into the mixture. Place seasoned chicken breasts on top, ensuring even distribution.
- Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for about 1 hour or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove the foil during the last 10 minutes of baking. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over everything and allow it to melt.
