Ingredients
- 1 pound Raw Shrimp
- 7 Limes
- 1 Orange
- ½ cup Diced Red Onion
- 2 Minced Jalapeños
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¾ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 cup Diced Cucumber
- 1 cup Diced Tomato
- 2 tablespoons Chopped Cilantro
- 8 Small Corn Tortillas
- 2 cups Canola Oil
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Hot Sauce
- 1 Avocado (optional)
Instructions
- Poach Shrimp: Bring salted water to a boil. Add raw shrimp and boil for 3 minutes until pink and firm. Transfer to an ice water bath to cool.
