  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (Chopped for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well until all ingredients are blended into a delightful marinade.
  2. Gently add the bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs to the bowl, tossing to coat them thoroughly. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor.
