  • 4 pieces Pork Chops (boneless, medium size)

  • 2 pieces Apples (Honeycrisp or Golden Delicious)
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley (omit if not available)

Instructions

  1. Pat your pork chops dry and season generously with sea salt and black pepper.
  2. In a medium-sized baking dish, mix together honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil until well combined.
  3. Coat the pork chops in the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
