- 4 pieces Pork Chops (boneless, medium size)

- 2 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley (omit if not available)
Instructions
- Pat your pork chops dry and season generously with sea salt and black pepper.
- In a medium-sized baking dish, mix together honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil until well combined.
- Coat the pork chops in the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Bake pork chops with quartered apples for 30 minutes until cooked through and apples are tender.
- Broil for an additional 5 minutes for caramelization.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
