- 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

- Prepare the mushrooms by wiping them gently with a damp paper towel. Trim any long stems, then cut larger mushrooms in half or quarters.

- Toss the mushrooms in the marinade, ensuring each piece is coated. Spread them evenly on the prepared baking sheet and drop dollops of butter throughout.
