- ¼ cup Unsalted Butter (57g)
- 1 10-oz bag Mini Marshmallows (283g)
- Red Food Coloring (as desired)
Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Place the Rice Krispies in a spacious bowl.
- Melt the unsalted butter over low heat, then add mini marshmallows and stir until melted.
- Mix in desired amount of red food coloring.
- Remove from heat and add Rice Krispies cereal, stirring until coated in the marshmallow mixture.
- Using an ice cream scoop, portion the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and form into brain shapes.
- Make indents on top of each brain with a butter knife to enhance detail.
- Add drops of red food coloring with a paintbrush for decoration.
