Instructions
- Prepare your tortillas by laying them flat on a clean work surface. Warm them in the microwave between damp paper towels for 10-15 seconds if desired.
- Spread 1-2 tablespoons of ranch dressing or mayo evenly over each tortilla, leaving a half-inch border around the edges.
- Add about ½ cup of cooked, shredded chicken in a line down the center of each tortilla, then sprinkle with about ¼ cup of shredded cheese.
- Layer fresh vegetables on top: chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced avocado, and red onion. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll up tightly from the bottom to form a secure wrap.
- For a crispy finish, toast the wrapped tortilla seam-side down in a dry skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes per side until golden.
