Homemade Pizza Puffs are delicious, customizable snacks that blend gooey cheese with your favorite toppings.
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1 package Pizza Dough
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup Marinara Sauce
- 1 cup Toppings (pepperoni, vegetables)
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan and stir in the minced garlic and Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture inside muffin cups.
- Divide the pizza dough into small balls, place them in a greased cupcake tin, and let them rise for 30 minutes.
- Press the center of each dough ball down to create a cup shape and brush more garlic butter on top.
- Layer marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and chosen toppings inside the cups, finishing with mozzarella on top.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Optionally sprinkle fresh herbs before serving.
Notes
- Store leftover Pizza Puffs in an airtight container; they last up to 3 days in the fridge.
- Freeze for up to 2 months for later enjoyment.
