Description

Homemade Pizza Puffs are delicious, customizable snacks that blend gooey cheese with your favorite toppings.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1 package Pizza Dough
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 1 cup Toppings (pepperoni, vegetables)

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan and stir in the minced garlic and Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture inside muffin cups.
  2. Divide the pizza dough into small balls, place them in a greased cupcake tin, and let them rise for 30 minutes.
  3. Press the center of each dough ball down to create a cup shape and brush more garlic butter on top.
  4. Layer marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and chosen toppings inside the cups, finishing with mozzarella on top.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Optionally sprinkle fresh herbs before serving.

  • Store leftover Pizza Puffs in an airtight container; they last up to 3 days in the fridge.
