Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and lightly coat it with oil.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and place them skin-side down on the baking sheet.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, and half of the kosher salt and black pepper.
- Generously brush the glaze over the salmon fillets, reserving some for later.
- Sprinkle remaining kosher salt and black pepper over the salmon.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until salmon is nearly opaque and internal temperature reaches 125-130°F (51-54°C).
- Optionally, broil for an additional 1-2 minutes for caramelization.
- Let the salmon rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
