Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 4×8-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
  4. Stir the melted butter into the mashed bananas until well combined.
  5. Sprinkle in the baking soda and salt, mixing well to incorporate.
  6. Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract until everything is blended.
  7. Add the flour, gently folding it into the mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.
