Savory Marinated Skirt Steak That Will Wow Your Dinner Guests
Ingredients

- 1.5–2 pounds Skirt steak
- 0.5 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/3 cup Olive oil
- 1/4 cup Red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tablespoon Minced fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Ground pepper
Instructions
- Trim the steak by removing the fat cap and silverskin, then divide into 3-4 pieces.
- Season the steak with kosher salt and place it in a resealable bag.
- Combine the marinade ingredients in a bowl, whisk until emulsified.
- Pour the marinade over the steaks, remove excess air, and refrigerate for 2-6 hours.
- Let the steaks rest for 30 minutes before grilling.
- Preheat your grill to high heat.
- Pat the steaks dry and season with ground pepper.
- Grill the steaks for 3-4 minutes, then flip and grill for another 2-4 minutes.
- Transfer the steaks to a board, let rest for 10 minutes, slice and serve.
