Savory Marinated Skirt Steak That Will Wow Your Dinner Guests


Ingredients

  • 1.52 pounds Skirt steak
  • 0.5 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/3 cup Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Red wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Trim the steak by removing the fat cap and silverskin, then divide into 3-4 pieces.
  2. Season the steak with kosher salt and place it in a resealable bag.
  3. Combine the marinade ingredients in a bowl, whisk until emulsified.
  4. Pour the marinade over the steaks, remove excess air, and refrigerate for 2-6 hours.
  5. Let the steaks rest for 30 minutes before grilling.
  6. Preheat your grill to high heat.
  7. Pat the steaks dry and season with ground pepper.
  8. Grill the steaks for 3-4 minutes, then flip and grill for another 2-4 minutes.
  9. Transfer the steaks to a board, let rest for 10 minutes, slice and serve.
