Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Psyllium husk powder
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Dried Italian herbs
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Warm water
  • 1 tbsp Fresh rosemary
  • Coarse sea salt
  • 3 cloves Fresh garlic

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, garlic powder, dried Italian herbs, and sea salt, mixing well to distribute all ingredients evenly.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil until fully combined.
  4. Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring continuously to form a dough.
  5. Add the warm water to the mixture and work the dough with your hands until it becomes cohesive and pliable.
  6. Flatten the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a rectangle or oval, about 1/2 inch thick.
  7. Using your fingers, dimple the surface of the dough gently, then sprinkle the minced garlic, chopped fresh rosemary, and a generous amount of coarse sea salt over the top.
  8. Drizzle with additional olive oil, ensuring the toppings are well-coated.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the focaccia is golden brown and firm to the touch.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
