Instructions

  2. Add vegetable oil to the skillet with the turkey bacon fat. Increase heat to medium-high. Add the ground beef and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Break apart the meat with a spatula and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess grease.
  3. While the beef cooks, prepare the special sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and sriracha (if using) in a small bowl until smooth. Set aside.
