- 2 stalks Green Onion (chopped)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, egg, gochujang, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and green onions. Stir gently until just mixed.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, aiming for about 1 to 1.5 inches in size.
- Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Switch to broil and broil the meatballs for an additional 2 minutes, watching carefully.
