Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, egg, gochujang, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and green onions. Stir gently until just mixed.
