Keto tuna lettuce wraps are fresh and easy to make. This recipe combines tuna, avocado, and yogurt wrapped in crispy lettuce. It’s perfect for a snack or a keto-friendly lunch.

- 150 g canned tuna
- 1 small ripe avocado
- 3–4 tbsp plain unsweetened yogurt
- 10 green olives
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 tsp black mustard seeds
- a pinch of black pepper
- a pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 8–10 leaves of lettuce
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients for the salad in a bowl: use a fork to mash the avocado and ensure you’ll get a creamy consistency. You can add more yogurt at the end if necessary and adjust the amount of spices after tasting the tuna salad.
- Fill the leaves of lettuce with the tuna salad and serve with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of black pepper on top.
