- 2 cups Unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup Heavy cream
- 1–2 tbsp Erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Ice cubes
- Optional: a pinch of cinnamon or a few drops of stevia
Instructions
- In a small bowl, sift the matcha powder to remove any clumps. This ensures a smooth latte.
- Add the sifted matcha powder to a blender along with the sweetener of your choice.
- Pour in the unsweetened almond milk and heavy cream. Add the vanilla extract.
- Blend the mixture on high speed for about 30 seconds or until the ingredients are well combined and the mixture has a frothy texture.
- Fill two glasses with ice cubes to the top.
- Pour the blended matcha mixture over the ice in each glass. If desired, sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on top for added flavor.
