Ingredients

  • 4 fillets salmon
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 lemon
  • Fresh dill

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley and lemon juice. Set aside.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season each fillet with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spoon the garlic butter mixture over each salmon fillet, spreading it evenly across the top.
  5. Place the salmon in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
