- 4 fillets salmon
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- 1 lemon
- Fresh dill
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley and lemon juice. Set aside.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season each fillet with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon the garlic butter mixture over each salmon fillet, spreading it evenly across the top.
- Place the salmon in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove the salmon from the oven and garnish with lemon slices and fresh dill if using. Serve immediately.
