- 1 scoop vanilla or unflavoured protein powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- sweetener
- 1 tbsp MCT Oil
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together with ice until well blended
- Consume immediately (the cinnamon will settle to the bottom over time)
