  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add cauliflower florets and cook for 5 minutes until they are tender but still firm. Drain well and pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in heavy cream, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
