Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 small onion, grated
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef and almond flour. Mix until they are just incorporated.
- Add the finely chopped parsley, grated onion, minced garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, coriander, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to the bowl.
- Use your hands to mix all the ingredients together until well combined. Be careful not to overwork the meat to ensure the koftas remain tender.
- Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions. Roll each portion into a sausage shape and thread onto skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Once hot, place the skewers on the grill.
- Cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the koftas are browned on all sides and cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
