  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Asiago Cheese (or Parmesan, grated)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (crushed)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon Basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a baking dish or cookie sheet by spraying it with cooking spray. Lay the tilapia filets in a single layer and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  3. Mix mayonnaise, grated cheese, garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, thyme, and basil in a small bowl. Spread it evenly over the tilapia filets.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. You can broil for an extra 2-3 minutes for a golden crust.
