  • 1 package Instant Vanilla Pudding
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Neutral Oil (vegetable or canola)
  • 1 cup Orange Juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1/2 cup Disaronno Amaretto
  • 1/4 cup Grand Marnier
  • 1/4 cup Vodka
  • 1/2 cup Butter (unsalted or salted)
  • 1 pinch Salt (to balance sweetness)
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Orange Juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1/4 cup Disaronno Amaretto
  • 1/4 cup Grand Marnier
  • 1/4 cup Vodka

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350℉.
  2. Lightly coat a bundt pan with butter and dust with flour.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all cake ingredients and mix for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 45-55 minutes.
  5. Prepare the glaze while the cake is baking by combining butter, sugar, and orange juice in a saucepan.
  6. Cook over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves, then add vodka.
  7. Once the glaze thickens, stir in Amaretto and Grand Marnier.
  8. After baking, poke holes in the cake and pour ⅓ to ½ of the glaze over it.
  9. Cool for 45 minutes to an hour, then invert the cake onto a plate.
  10. Glaze the cake again and allow it to soak for an additional 15-20 minutes before serving.
