- 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 package Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 4 large Eggs
- 1/2 cup Neutral Oil (vegetable or canola)
- 1 cup Orange Juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1/2 cup Disaronno Amaretto
- 1/4 cup Grand Marnier
- 1/4 cup Vodka
- 1/2 cup Butter (unsalted or salted)
- 1 pinch Salt (to balance sweetness)
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Orange Juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1/4 cup Disaronno Amaretto
- 1/4 cup Grand Marnier
- 1/4 cup Vodka
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350℉.
- Lightly coat a bundt pan with butter and dust with flour.
- In a large bowl, combine all cake ingredients and mix for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 45-55 minutes.
- Prepare the glaze while the cake is baking by combining butter, sugar, and orange juice in a saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves, then add vodka.
- Once the glaze thickens, stir in Amaretto and Grand Marnier.
- After baking, poke holes in the cake and pour ⅓ to ½ of the glaze over it.
- Cool for 45 minutes to an hour, then invert the cake onto a plate.
- Glaze the cake again and allow it to soak for an additional 15-20 minutes before serving.
