Ingredients

  • 12 oz Imitation crab meat
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 large Egg (beaten)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 stalks Green onions (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl: imitation crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, beaten egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, green onions, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until everything is just combined.
  2. Chill the mixture by covering it and placing it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat, adding a splash of oil to coat the bottom.
  4. Form the crab mixture into patties that are about 2-3 inches in diameter. Gently place them in the skillet.
  5. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and heated through.
  6. Drain the cooked crab cakes by placing them on a plate lined with paper towels.
  7. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce and garnishes. Enjoy!
