- 240 g pistachio kernels
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- pinch salt
- 50 g dark chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan) or 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the pistachios, ground cardamom, salt, and maple syrup. Stir until well-coated.
- Transfer the mixture into moulds or a loaf tin lined with baking paper. Press down gently to pack it firmly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-17 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow the bars to cool completely in the moulds.
- Dip the base of each bar in melted dark chocolate.
