- 1 teaspoon black pepper

- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the chicken: Season chicken pieces with salt and black pepper.
- Heat the oil: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Sauté garlic and vegetables: In the same skillet, add minced garlic, sliced bell pepper, and broccoli florets. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Make the sauce: In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and black pepper. Pour this mixture over the sautéed vegetables and stir well.
- Combine: Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Add the drained pasta and toss everything together to coat.
- Serve: Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing everything to heat through. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.
- Garnish: Remove from heat. Transfer to serving plates and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
