Instructions
- Pat the skinless salmon filets dry with a paper towel and cut them into 1-inch cubes. Season them evenly with garlic powder and ginger powder.
- In a non-stick skillet, heat neutral oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- In a small bowl, whisk together low sodium soy sauce, honey, gochujang (or sriracha), and sesame oil.
