- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 20 slices Pepperoni slices
- 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes (for extra spice)
- 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Combine the shredded mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses in a medium bowl and mix until well incorporated.
- Add the Italian seasoning and garlic powder to the cheese mixture and toss everything together thoroughly.
- Prepare your pepperoni slices by cutting them in half if they’re large.
- Arrange the pepperoni slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each slice.
- Sprinkle the cheese mixture evenly over each pepperoni slice.
- Bake your crisps for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese melts and turns lightly golden brown.
- Cool the crisps on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
