  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 20 slices Pepperoni slices
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes (for extra spice)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. Combine the shredded mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses in a medium bowl and mix until well incorporated.
  3. Add the Italian seasoning and garlic powder to the cheese mixture and toss everything together thoroughly.
  4. Prepare your pepperoni slices by cutting them in half if they’re large.
  5. Arrange the pepperoni slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each slice.
  6. Sprinkle the cheese mixture evenly over each pepperoni slice.
  7. Bake your crisps for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese melts and turns lightly golden brown.
  8. Cool the crisps on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
