Instructions

- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter; press into the dish.
- Whisk together pudding mix and milk; let sit in the refrigerator for 5 minutes to thicken.
- Combine softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until creamy and smooth.
- Gently fold in Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture.
- Layer the cream cheese mixture over the cookie crust, then add the lemon pudding layer.
- Top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle reserved crushed Oreos. Chill for at least 2 hours.
